Definetely get all inclusive ticket during busy days. Also, go to restaurant instead of cafe. Excellent menu, views, service

The views from the observatory are amazing, but the problem is the departure procedure. Evidently, the elevators don’t operate in high wind conditions, so we had to take a combination of 3 different elevators, one of which was a freight elevator, each with a 30 minute wait, to leave. I can’t imagine how an apparent world-class attraction can’t build their operations to withstand windy days, but our 90 minute ordeal proves that is the case.

Great but kind of pricey. I'd probably opt for the standard experience ticket. Not much value for the priority ticket.
