From the Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island to Manhattan spread out like a blanket of skyscrapers, the views from this 102nd story observatory are magnificent. The Skip-the-Line ticket was an extra $10, but worth it due to an otherwise one-hour wait in an outside line on a chilly, windy day. iPads are rented for $15 (included in Skip-the-Line tickets) which identify some of the buildings. I found them cumbersome to carry while trying to take photos and not all that helpful, but others may feel differently. There's an obligatory gift shop & they take your photo upon entrance in hopes you'll purchase it at the end of your visit. Take your own photos and use the extra money for the WTC Museum.
