Underwhelming and not good value for money. The 360º view of the city was good, we had a cloudless day and could see for miles. My main issue is the price and what we got for it. Tickets can go upto aroud $50 each, but very little information abkutnwhat you can see is available. Other observation types of attraction across the world provide signs showing what you are looking at and information about it. If you want this you have to pay $15 to hire an iPad, good technology (point in the direction and it will provide information) but expensive if you have a family on top of the entry fee. I suggest reduce the admission, or include the iPad in the cost. It's not as if you are going to struggle to survive.

AMAZING! VERY ATTRACTIVE and GREAT PLACE TO STAYCATION... One World Observatory in the NY United State...precious location and stunning views beautiful surrounding.. with a general admission ticket to one world trade center ..you will haven. Accessto the observatory located between the 100th and 102nd floors to recommendation is to buy the admission ticket in advance it also allows you to enter without waiting in line....directly accessing the building ..foods was disirable ..One World Observatory is the tallest skycraper in the western Hemisplace....

The view is magnificent and we loved the hand held devices that identified what we were looking at! We also appreciated the many staff members who were available to answer any questions we had.
