The tour was good, but quite honestly, it was called “Secrets” of Grand Central Terminal Tour, and I already knew all the “secrets.” The guide was good, but didn’t know answers to some pretty general questions. She said, “let’s google it”. We recently did a tour of the Woolworth Building and the tour guide was so passionate about his tour; we didn’t feel the same passion here. It was enjoyable and we learned some things, but not enough as I would have wanted. Also, she barely touched on Jacqueline Kennedy’s Onassis’s great influence on the restoration, which is a very key element that should have been addressed.

This was a very friendly and informative architectural tour of the Grand Central Terminal. The tour guide was knowledgeable about the building, it’s history, and it’s importance to New York and the region.

My book club's private tour of GST with Justin of Untapped New York far exceeded our expectations which were high to begin with. The tour was tied into our reading of The Masterpiece by Fiona Davis so not only did we learn so much history and incidental trivia about GST, the tour helped the book to really come alive! We felt that Justin went above and beyond in tailoring the tour to our interests and accommodating our questions and requests
