The reason I scored so low was because when I booked I booked a boat ride. I was told this was a boat ride that would allow us to get close to dolphins abs whales and that the bus would take me to the pick up point to get on the boat. Then we had an incident where a man was running towards our bus and was allowed on. I really believe the bus driver thought he was helping him however that mistake could of hurt us all. I am very upset more so with this being a tour bus and not a boat ride. I never would have got on or booked if I has known it was a bus tour.
