We pre booked this trip months in advance via their website. We received an email with clear instructions. We also received email reminders the day before and a few hours before. We managed to find the hotel with no issues and opposite this is where you meet the horse and carriage. Our horse was Donte and we had 2 members of staff on our carriage. One was called Ilana but I'm so sorry I forgot the main mans name, It may have been Frank. So sorry I can't remember your name. He was lovely, so friendly and knew so many facts about Central Park. We were told so many interesting facts and showed so many wonderful sights and features. We stopped at the fountain for a photo opportunity. Ilana positioned Donte so he was looking at the camera and a photo was taken of us in the carriage. I was actually so upset after the experience because I looked at the photo and it's just us in the carriage and no horse at the front :-( I really wish we had a picture of the full horse and carriage but I suppose it's my fault for not checking the picture at the time and asking for another. I presumed as she had positioned the horse to look at the camera that the picture would have included him. (I know this is really petty but this experience was a dream come true for me and that picture would have been the cherry on top!) Our carriage was lovely and comfortable, it was dressed with flowers and had a lovely warm blanket. Donte had a beautiful feather plume and It felt like a wedding day!! Thank you for a wonderful experience, it was the highlight of my trip and a dream come true. I will never forget this. The whole experience from the booking process to meeting the correct horse and carriage was a breeze! Thank you x
