This tour departs from Orcas Island. The island can only be reached by the Washington State Ferry System. If your party is not already on island we recommend our Anacortes departure location.
Check in begins 30 minutes prior to departure.

It's hard to imagine a better way to see orcas and other marine wildlife in the San Juan islands. The guides are knowledgeable and fun. They found orcas, sea lions, seals, bald eagles, porpoises, falcons, and a number of other animals. The boat quickly covers a lot of ground and has several comfortable viewing spots -- inside where it's warm and dry, up high on top of the boat, and down by the water on the lower deck.

We had a great time on our boat tour - we saw a pair of juvenile humpbacks surface multiple times, and before that, harbor seals, Steller sea lions, and bald eagles. Captain Trevor also took us out to Deception Pass, which is even more beautiful from the water than driving over on land. Thanks, Trevor, Kate, and Isabelle, for a great tour!

I truly enjoyed my experience today whale watching. I was hoping to see Orcas today, instead a beautiful humpback showed up. I was extremely happy to see such a majestic creature here in the San Juans. The boat ride was smooth and enjoyed catching a glimpse of eagles and seals in a small cove on our way back to the dock at Rosario Marina on Orcas. I highly recommend this group for an excellent whale watching excursion.
