The car, driver, and the ride was 5/5 perfect. However, because my “ticket”/voucher did not designate the airport pick up time, I wanted to confirm the pick up details with the transport company. I tried for 48hrs prior without success: noone picked up the phone with multiple attempts, noone returned message, and noone replied to messages left in chat box under “contact company”. Even the Viator agent i talked to the night before the trip was not able to contact the company.
After landing at the airport, i still did not get a text or reply to the chat, and a call to the company only yielded voicemail, again. I was on the verge of ordering an uber, when i finally got a call from the driver as i was collecting my luggage.
This made for a very stressful endeavor when my goal was to reduce stress to begin with! Calling for an uber when i landed would have been less stressful!
I think the ticket should show pick up time and place and a text to that effect should come 24hrs prior to confirm.
