Driver was friendly and talked with our eight year old like he would anyone else. He drove safely and steady.

Driver went to baggage claim and pulled out my luggage. Overall, very uneventful and that is good m.

Careful with this company. Read the contract about 36 hours notifications carefully. With all the flight cancellations you will be up the creek if your flight gets changed as mine was. Owner will not budge, give allowance for, or help us get another ride. Essentially left us stranded at the hotel trying to figure out another way to get to the airport. Better to use other services with more flexible rescheduling policies and sufficient drivers to help accommodate changes. He also did not use words I can repeat here as well as very threatening about writing a bad review. The 30 minute shopping is great but the driver took us to a store 20 minutes before closing so we really had to rush.

Hi, We are sorry you have felt this way about our service and feel we should have done more to help. I wish we could have and I apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused you and your family. We did absolutely everything to try and accommodate your last minute request/change/reschedule. We offered you multiple alternatives you were not willing to take and we tried everything we could to help. We do have enough drivers and vehicles to accommodate our clients, but in extremely busy days it is almost impossible to accommodate last minute changes, mostly when there are multiple similar requests on days where flights are being cancelled/changed/delayed due to inclement weather. There is always a domino effect on these particular days, and although we try to help, it is sometimes virtually impossible to do so. Again, I'm so sorry that was unfortunately your experience and I do understand your frustration and dissatisfaction. I hope you'll understand these issues were beyond our control too and that we sincerely did everything we could to help you. We are a fairly small local company, and can only do so much. When major changes happen all at once we do not always have a way to make last minutes changes without charging a fee or having to stick to our policies. As for the store closing 20 minutes after you have arrived there; as long as you enter the store before closing, Publix would not kick you out; if you felt rushed, this wasn't my driver's fault, nor Publix.
