It's a scavenger hunt, escape room, and urban crawl all-in-one. Follow the storyline around town as you find clues and use them to crack codes. Then enter solutions on the app to find out where to go next. Clues can be anywhere - murals, statues, landmarks, and more!

Plan on about two hours of play time, depending on experience level and how much time you spend exploring along the way. Difficulty level is adjustable - take as many or as few hints as you’d like!

Bookings made a week or more in advance receive their kit in the mail. Bookings made less than a week in advance will pick up their kit at the start point on the day of the adventure - pickup address provided after booking.

We had a blast exploring Adams Morgan while trying to solve all of the clues! The hint feature was a big help. We really appreciated how the hints could be revealed in levels. Sometimes all you need is a slight nudge and not the entire answer, and Escapely let's you decide how much of the tip you want to see. We found the puzzles challenging, and well designed. You will need a fully charged cellphone, as QR codes reveal each clue and more. Highly recommend! A great way to get outside and explore the city!

A gift from my girlfriend that was fun for both of us! The game took us to a fun, fascinating, and colorful neighborhood of DC we probably never would have been to without this game box. The puzzles were engaging as it took us to different sites, and we took the time to stop at other interesting places we saw along the way. The game was also like a local tour guide! I definitely recommend for your next city daytrip.
