Good experience! Using go pro is allowed. You can fly higher than most Miami's skyscrapers. Just consider that they will charge and extra 100 dollar when you do the check-in.💸

On the day of the activity, I was informed that the parasailing session was canceled due to unfavorable weather conditions. While I completely understand that safety is a priority and that weather can be unpredictable, I was never informed in advance that the weather conditions might lead to a cancellation. This lack of communication is unacceptable and demonstrates a disregard for your customers’ time and expectations. What is even more disappointing is that despite the cancellation, your company has refused to issue me a refund. I had explain to the operator that I am not able to reschedule for another date since I had return flight at the afternoon.This refusal to return the money for a service that was not provided is not only unethical but also in direct violation of consumer protection laws. I booked the parasailing experience with the reasonable expectation, plus the website indicated that due to the weather customers could either get full refund or reschedule. I was expecting either the service would be provided or a full refund would be issued in the event of a cancellation. As a paying customer, I feel this situation has been handled very poorly and that I have been treated unfairly. I request that you reconsider your position and issue me a full refund of the amount I paid for the parasailing experience.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. While we had every intention to proceed with the parasailing session, the weather conditions were beyond our control, and safety is our top priority. As per our policy, we do not issue refunds for weather-related cancellations. That’s why we provide a non-expiring voucher, which you are more than welcome to use anytime. We apologize if this solution is not satisfactory for you.

We bought tickets for parasailing and once we got to the place, they said due to the weather we couldn’t do the parasailing & that we couldn’t have a refund. So we had to choose a different excursion, which was the jet skis. And that would have been ok, until they said that i would have to pay an additional $130 because the jet skis were more expensive. They didn’t care about the inconvenience & we we’re leaving to fly back home the following day, so we had no choice but to pay the additional cost or we would have lost the original $195 we paid for the parasailing.

As per our policy, we do not offer refunds for weather-related cancellations, which is why we offered an alternative activity.
