My experience was overall nice and fun. However on this app is give you one price and when you get to the excursions you have to pay 50.00 person . So please be prepared to pay an additional $50.00 person. Tom the captain and his co captain was amazing.

The experience was amazing Tom and Alex were spectacular hosts for our parasailing but DO NOT buy your tickets through trip adivsor it will be more expensive because there is a $50/ person fee due to booking through this network.

The staff was not honest about the reservation. I booked with a 4pm start time. We were called by the company and was asked to be there at 3:30 for our 4pm appointment. we were there at 3:40pm to which I called before hand to make sure we wouldn't miss the appointment and he said no your good for 4pm no problem. Was that the lie of the century. We arrived and checked in no problem. However, when we checked in they started saying we are waiting for the boat to return and it will be about 20 minutes. Mind you we (a group of 5) are standing there and 2 hours passed wi the no update. It's in the 90's all the have are standing shade cover areas with no seating. After the 2 hours and us checking on this every half hour we are told it will be 30 more minutes. Finally, at 6:30pm we were able to go out. We missed our dinner reservations and had to search the area for food as we haven't eaten for hours at this point. The ONLY REASON I have them any starts is because the captains of the boat were fun and made the experience very entertaining! On and honorable mention they did give us free waters after we requested it from standing in the sun for so long.
