Neal was informative and very accommodating. Unfortunately, there was not enough time to see any of the museums. Not Neal’s fault, but we booked an afternoon tour.

We booked this tour with the understanding that is was a private tour for our group of 3, but ended up being with 4 other people, we didn't know. We didn't say anything to the tour guide about the other people, because we thought maybe we had read the details wrong or misunderstood them. A big bus could have been easier for a 70 year old woman to get in and out of, not in the back of 8 person van. I'm not sure how to guarantee you are getting a private tour, even when all the details say it is a private tour. And we travel quite frequently and know how to read the details about tours. My husband and I have done Pearl Harbor on previous tours, but were taking my mother-in-law during her first trip to Hawaii, so thought a more private, customizable tour would be nice. We could have saved money and just taken the trolley or other tour over there. The tour was ok, but not super informative for a traveler who has never been there before. The tour went to Pearl Harbor, drove by the places it said it would, and stopped so we could take pictures. There are many tours that offer Pearl Harbor, so it's important to read the details to see if it is what you are looking for.
