So we booked this tour - really wanted to see the memorial. However, the trip was delayed (and we only had 2 days in Honolulu) so the team at Karma moved us to another slot. Then, when the tour driver turned up, he said there was to be a 2 hour wait in the queue. It turns out, that the cost of this tour doesn't include "tickets to see the memorial" because that part is actually free! You can actually go to the memorial by public bus (US$3.00) or uber (around US$10) and join the que. If you go really early in the morning, there'll be no queue. We were told by the driver that we had a choice - we can go with him and he would take us to the memorial, or we could cancel. I asked if there was anything else included in the tour - he said no. We had to cancel as we were boarding our cruise at midday. When we got back home, we had to haggle a bit to get the credit, but in the end, it came through which is why we have given the rating of 3 rather than just a 1. Buyers of the Arizona Memorial Excursions beware"
