Central Park

60 minutes is maximum time that we spend during this tour. Tour is takes between 40-60 minutes , because it’s include a lot of magnificent destinations in Central Park , some destinations we will stop and take a picture . Others we will see on the way without stop. Therefore we prefer to give time to take pictures. Some customers spend less time others prefer to stay longer. Bethesda Fountain , Chery Hill, Bow Bridge, Strawberry Fields, are the stops to take a picture during this tour . Bow bridge is optional If customers want to walk there. Carusel, Walman Rink, The Mall, Sheep’s Meadow, Summer Stage, Entrance of Zoo, Conservatory Water, Boath House and Tavern on the Green are places we will see on the way without giving a stop .

La visite dure entre 40 et 60 minutes, car elle comprend de nombreuses destinations magnifiques à Central Park, certaines destinations nous nous arrêterons et prendrons une photo. We bought 2 groupons for our family to do a 1 hr tour of Central Park. When I called to book it, I was informed by the man I was speaking to, (which based on his voice and accent I'm pretty sure he was one of our drivers) told me that tipping was not included and that we should tip at least $20-$25 per driver. Ok then. I was planning on giving them $10-15 each but felt guilted into giving more. We met our two drivers at 1 PM. They were nice enough guys, personable, friendly. Took us to all the touristy places, talked about the sights, stopped for pictures etc. When they dropped us off, our driver had a little clock hanging on his bike. It said 1:55, close enough to 2 o'clock. We got out, tipped them each $25 and walked almost 10 min back to our hotel. By the time we went up the elevator and into the room the clock in the room said 1:58. I asked my daughter what the time was on her phone and she said 1:58. We were shorted at least 15 minutes, times two rides, that's a half an hour. Not impressed by that at all. Nothing we could do then. Don't advertise 1hr trips and give customers 45 min. I definitely wouldn't have tipped as well as we did. My husband and I went to New York City seven years ago and took a pedicab on the spur of the moment. Didn't book anything and we tipped our driver less because it was our last day we didn't have much cash left. But he was way better and took us for a full hour. These two guys would drop us off, say go look at this or that and tell us where to meet them. They had at least three breaks in the 45 minutes.

Lovely tour, and very thoughtful male guide. As my Mum is elderly, he was very considerate with the sightseeing. Really nice way to see Central Park. Would highly recommend.

So, few month ago while preparing OUR trip to nyc, ive BOUGHT a 2hrs pedicab tour of central park on groupon. I have called 24hrs in advances as mentioned in the conditions. We have arrived at the time we were asked to arrive. My best friend is ill (lupus) she suffers exhaustion and walks with a cane and even with it cant walk much. Once our driver arrived, he sat us up in the pedicab, after 20 sec in there he started asking us for tips... He was not happy we had a 2hrs tour at all! He said to us " its usa here you either tip me 50$ or i dont go!" What a way to start!!! I insist that i will tip what id like at the end of the trip. We felt so bad... Almost like we were trapped in there... The tour was ok but i did not find our guide friendly with my friend! She can not walk, 0 compassion from this man! He even said "dont complain if your tour is shorter!" Oh and yes it was shorter 1hour and 20 min for our 2hrs tour.... We felt like we had to give him a tip, and we did but clearly not 50$! What a rip off! We were really disappointed! Central park is a beautiful place, for sure but i will NEVER recommend a pedicab ride NEVER
