Great museum of Anthropology and Archaeology! Very impressive collections and descriptions, often of aspects of ancient life that I have not always (or possibly ever) seen in similar museums of antiquity, such as connecting mummies to health problems commonly faced by Ancient Egyptians. If you enjoy learning about antiquity in Middle East, the Mediterranean, the Far East, the Americas, or Africa, you'll thoroughly enjoy this! And yes, the parking situation is terrible right now, but there is a nearby parking garage that can be navigated without too much trouble (hopefully).

Definitely take advantage of the free presentations. We sat through one on interpreting hieroglyphics, and it was amazing. The museum is small but the collection focuses on artifacts from ancient civilizations, and is quite interesting. The gift shop had cool stuff and some very reasonably priced. It was hard to get to because of construction, but an excellent 2-3 hours. *Everyone was following proper COVID guidelines that I saw.*
