WARNING and HEADS UP. If you hope to VISIT Independence Hall, you will be sorely disappointed. We saw the exterior of Independence Hall, but only actually visited Congress Hall. We did NOT visit the room where the Founders and Framers debated and voted on the Declaration of Independence and Constitution. We were so excited to take this tour from NYC to Philadelphia and we SO sad when we arrived in Philadelphia only to learn that we would miss Independence Hall. Guide told us it was closed for some reason, but that was untrue. I called National Park Service there who told me they only close on Christmas Day. Other guides told us that these tours never see Independence Hall which requires timed tickets. I would not have spent almost $300 for two tour tickets if I had known we would not see Independence Hall. We did see Ben Franklin's grave, the Liberty Bell, Elfreth's Alley, and Betsy Ross house. Rocky steps and statue were a silly stop and waste of time, IMO. We enjoyed the short buggy ride and lunch in Amish country, but all in all, the fact that our trip did not include Independence Hall ruined it for me.

Hi Sharon,
Thank you for posting this review.
I am very sorry but visit of the Independence Hall is not in our program. We understand that you are disappointed but this is not something that we advertise.
We sincerely hope that will have another chance to serve you.
Thanks
