It was informative and funny!! The tour guide was hilarious, he kept us entertained the whole ride. Although it was a little cold, it was a very fun tour and we learned so much about the city of philadelphia!

In winter, there are no reliable timely pickups. We tried using the service and 3xs waited over 30 minutes around the driver’s own stated pick up times and the bus never came. The 1st floor of the bus and back half of the top was a diesel gagging experience. The covered top was so dirty, scratched and yellowed we couldn’t see through it. A total waste of money.

Hey Libby-W, we appreciate your feedback! We're sorry to learn that your experience fell short of what you hoped for. Unfortunately, traffic on those busy days can really disrupt our schedules. We do our best to maintain clean buses, but occasionally things can get a little untidy. If you notice that the bus isn't quite right, you're welcome to take advantage of our Hop On Hop Off service and hop on the next one. It was a very good experience. The two male tour guides were knowledgeable and very humorous. I liked the fact that you could stop and take pictures and didn't have to wait too long for the other bus to arrive.
