Perfect day for a family trip to the zoo. Easy breezy digital scan for entry. Saw lots of active animals. Tigers, orangutans, monkeys, giraffes, and reptiles. It was grand babies 1st trip to see animals. At 6 months she was easily able to catch site of a few.

A very walkable ZOO. NO Senior discounts on tickets. Somewhat expensive entrance fee. Clean facility. NO MAPS OF THE TRAILS ARE PROVIDED. A Zoo worker suggested we take the 25-minute trolly ride to set a plan for areas you wanted to visit. However, the trolley ride was an extra charge beside the entrance fee. We walked the entire zoo in 2 1/2 hours at a rather leisurely pace. Naturally the food and snacks are expensive.

it’s was nice seeing the animals but it was sunny outdoors so i would say come prepared. It wasn’t crowded and really nice to walk around .
