Absolutely great!!! Everything exceeded my expectation - the actual ride experience, the facts, the stories around facts, and of course the help and suport extended by tour guide. Strongly recommend to anyone who is in Pittsburgh. It's worth the time and money.

We had so much fun on our Segway tour! My husband, two friends and I took the tour early Saturday morning and we had a blast! We met inside Station Square and had a short training session going in and out of cones and learning to stop and ride up and down slopes. I was the worst in our group of ten learning to ride the Segway but picked it up within 15 minutes. My husband (who was the least thrilled about going on the tour) kept saying he wished he had a Segway because he enjoyed the trip so much. Our tour guide was great and kept the tour interesting and fun. I have lived in Pittsburgh most of my life and have worked downtown for years so I was surprised at how much I didn't know and learned on the trip. We went through the city and over to the North Shore and back through Market Square. It would be a great experience for visitors and Pittsburghers alike as you see so much of our beautiful city. One reviewer commented on the rude things said to them while riding. We were fortunate in that most people yelled out "Where did you get those and how much does it cost?" We had a coupon through KDKA/CBS deals so we paid half price. It would have still been worth it if we had paid full price.

I took my husband on a segway tour for his birthday and it was absolutely great! The size of the groups is perfect, the tour guide was very nice, patient, & knowledgeable. While this wouldn't be something I would do over and over again, it was totally worth the money and you got to tour pretty much all the highlights of the downtown/north shore area. The only thing I would say to be wary of is that on our tour we encountered MULTIPLE rude pedestrians that made crude comments to our group insinuating that because we were riding segways that we were snooty, didn't exercise, among other rude things. Although Pittsburghers don't always have the most tact, my husband and I were shocked at just how many people thought it was okay to try and ruin an experience that people clearly had paid for. Anyways, other than that, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone that can stand for 2 hours straight!
