We did get to and from the cruise terminal successfully, the driver handled our luggage for us, and the staff were friendly. But... when we disembarked from our ship, it was not straightforward which line to get in for our shuttle. The email confirmation simply said GoPort, and there are several shuttles with signs that say this. Once we found our correct shuttle, we waited well over an hour for the shuttle to arrive to pick us up. We were continuously told it was coming and it wouldn't take long, and we waited and waited watching other shuttles come and go. Even the cruise staff left the disembarkation area before we did. We did eventually get back to our vehicle, but it was not timely.

First, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or wait that you had. If you could let me know your date of travel (return) and which ship you came off of I can look into seeing what happened so that we may improve on our services as we do not like to hear that anyone had a bad experience with us.
