Comfortable ride but was not a luxury SUV. Driver was polite and safe. No real complaints other than car choice.

Our driver Franklyn showed up on time at Port Canaveral after we got off our cruise ship. Even with the downpours he was very courteous. Took 45 minutes to get out of port, but Franklyn was patient. Turns out a traffic light was out. Ugh! Got to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Thank you Franklyn.
