I Love this pass and the customer service team! They truly care about their customers and want to ensure you have the greatest experience when visiting wineries. This pass is a great way to see off the beaten path and large scale wineries at an affordable cost!

Bought several PWP annual wine passes. Bought for myself and girlfriend, and several for gifts. Had some frustrations/problems with the purchase & delivery of passes. Subsequently I contacted PWP and they responded within 24 hours and fixed everything immediately with no hassles including my refund. Took what I anticipated was going to be a bad experience and turned into a 5 Star experience!! In a time when good customer service is very rare, I couldn't have asked for better!!! Jamie the owner was more than fantastic! One of my best customer service experiences EVER!! No BS! Also extremely helpful and friendly..Looking forward to using pass and it's a great bargain as well!

We bought this to better enjoy a winery day in Napa. We found a special discount on the full price (look around for it before you buy) and made up the cost by the third winery. I didn’t know when I bought it that it was good for a year and good throughout California, Oregon, and Washington. Since we’re on a road trip throughout California we’ve had many chances to use the Priority Winepass. My only problem with the card is finding and using maps of sites where honored, but with a little patience and practice, that works out. Salud!
