I had an incredible experience! The pilot made me feel very safe and explained everything clearly. He also asked if there was anything in particular that I wanted to see so I could get everything I wanted out of the experience. The views were beautiful!! This was the first time I have ever been in a small plane and I would definitely do it again. Highly recommend!

We are locals and know many of the sights we flew over quite well, but it was fascinating to see them from the air and discover features (lakes, buildings, geological features, sand bars) one can't see from the road, the water, or on a hike. It was also very interesting to see the extent of damage and recovery from last summer's Eagle Creek fire. Anyone interested in the geology of the area (lava flows and floods) will be fascinated by the aerial views. The pilot pointed out a number of things and kept up a running commentary throughout the flight, though as a relatively new transplant to the area he generally wasn't as familiar with the sights as we were. The weather was rather hazy so unfortunately we had no mountain views and it wasn't great for photography, but it was still a very enjoyable experience and we wished the flight duration had been longer. We would like to do the same flight again in the spring when there is more water in the waterfalls and hopefully clearer skies, as well as the Mt. Hood flight. This is definitely a memorable experience which we would recommend to others - and already have done so!

I always say that these flights are just as interesting for people who have lived here for years as it is for people visiting for the first time. It's such a unique perspective to look down at familiar areas and hopefully it generates a greater appreciation for the area! Plus it provides a view of certain areas that you can't really see from the ground, and it's always fun to spot a random waterfall tucked back in the canyons or a little lake. It's a beautiful area no matter how you decide to visit it.

As much as I love the waterfalls from the ground, looking at the waterfalls from the airplane give a very special perspective! And when the weather cooperates, it makes it even better!
