Everything! The experience of this helicopter ride in general will always be memorable. Being able to see the changing of the leaves from above. Matt's knowledge of Chicago, his kindness & patience was truly appreciated.

Received a text from pilot the night before at 11 pm saying he cannot take us. This was a gift for my wife for her Birthday celebration and supposed to be a surprise that they ruined. After asking if someone else can take me he attempted to reach out to other pilots. Pilot stated his flight got cancelled last minute but not sure which flight leaves an airport that late to begin with. I HAD to reach out to pilot the next morning (the morning of) to see if there were any replacements. There were none and they couldn’t offer any other time slots besides one very late one. The one time slot they offered would have put us beyond their closing hours and I had dinner reservations at a very special restaurant that was booked a month in advance difficult to reserve, and could not cancel. I would not recommend this group if you have planned this as a gift, they ruined the surprise day for my wife. They did offer a refund after I asked for one. Don’t use this company if you plan on doing this as a special gift for someone as they are very unprofessional.
