It was the WORST SERVICE EVER! We will never be using VIATOR again. We made 1 reservation which was fungled up from the getgo only to have 2 fraudulant reservations made by viator and not ourselves. Spent a couple of hours trying to get this issue resolved only to be hung up by the agent once. Terrible expirience.

My vehicle did not turn up as stated. I called Viator and Tranzfer driver that did not collect my family after a long flight. I spoke with Viator via messages who told me a driver will arrive in 2 minutes but never showed. DO NOT use Viator for airport pickup. There are numerous City Taxis Waiting to take my family the 3 miles required to our hotel. Viator price fir a taxi fur 3 miles costs £65.00 however City Taxis cost $25.00. It’s a complete disorganised set up. Calling Tranzfer agents, who respond saying the driver will call you and he does not. AVOID. GET A LOCAL TAXI, Cheaper, quicker. need a refund
