Our experience started with angry text messages from Stace telling us he could not pick us up earlier than 7 AM. We said we understood his busy schedule and were ready to meet him at our ranch in the morning. Stace was delayed due to hitting a deer on his drive to our location. He was in a horrible mood and everyone in our group could tell. He said that he did not need to do any more tours this year, and was burnt out. It would have been nice to have been given the option to cancel as the tour was horrible. No one in our group wanted to talk to Stace. He talked about himself and other groups the entire day. Our little one liked getting gifts from him but was so tired from walking around thermal springs that she was not even interested in Old Faithful by the time we got there in the afternoon. Due to walking around the Old Faithful Inn for 30 minutes, we were not able to see Grand Prismatic Springs as our 6 year old and 70 year old were too tired to walk another 25 minutes and then drive another 45 minutes for our drop off. Lunch was good from Ernie's. We have taken different tours around the world and this was by far the worst tour I have ever taken. I would not recommend this tour or company to anyone.

We had an amazing day! Ted, our tour guy was wonderful. He was very informative and educated us with a lot of information about the park. Luckily, we saw a lot of beautiful wildlife including a moose , a grizzly and a black wolf.

Ted was a great guide! We saw so many geysers! His background in geology gave us more insight into the history of how Yellowstone was formed. We saw Bison, Elk, and black tail deer. We even got to see a moose eating in a stream! Such a memorable tour!
