Custom tour designed for you and where your interests are. We are not on a schedule and can even adapt as we go depending upon what we find on your special day.

I am a local historian and naturalist who has lived in the area for over 50 years. I consider myself an interpreter of nature adding color to the already stunning beauty you'll see. We'll concentrate on the myriad wildlife, the diverse biology, and incredible geology of the Rockies. We'll also get insight into what it might have been like for early pioneers and lodge keepers as well as indigenous people like the Arapaho, Cheyenne, and Ute.

My tours are completely flexible so if you want to hike for 3 or 4 miles, great! Or if you just want sit back and relax and enjoy the view that's fine too! Either way we'll stop often to photograph and talk about the amazing sights.

We did the tour two years ago with Bruce, and we had the best time ever. We had Bruce again this time and had an even better time. He's knowledgeable, personable and great company! The first time he took us to RMNP, we got to snowshoe - something we hadn't done before. This time we went to a different part of the park and had a totally different, but fantastic, experience. My wife and I would totally do it again and would definitely request Bruce again!!

I can’t stop telling friends about this trip! I was in Denver for work and wanted to see the park. Bruce tailored the trip for my level of fitness and gave me the opportunity to do something I had never done. This Florida girl learned how to snowshoe. Bruce was very knowledgeable about the area and his love for nature was contagious. He also gave me great recommendations for things to do afterwards. I would do this trip over and over again.

Our family really enjoyed our tour with Bruce! He was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot on the history of Estes National Park and the Rocky Mountains. This was our favorite part of the trip. We have recommended Bruce to another family who were first time visitors to Estes Park.
