We arrived at the airport and our pre booked car was not there. We called the number we had been given, and were told they were changing their computer system and our booking had not transferred to their new system. Very disappointing :-

The driver arrived on time with a larger vehicle than expected. We got to our hotel very quickly.

Our flight was delayed. Although I had given the first part of the flight to Seattle versus the last part from Seattle to Anchorage so I did make a mistake, when I called they said the driver waited for an hour and left. Also, when I tried the number listed with my Canadian phone it would not work. Will never use this again or recommend to fellow travellers.
