Very good customer service. I got a call the day before on what to expect. The only thing that was surprising was that it was actually $25.00 … for airport fees and tolls..? Huh?

Our driver was Omar. He was prompt, courteous and friendly. He was easily reached through the link provided and easily identified when picking us up. It was a very smooth process and enjoyable introduction to Baltimore.

Was told the price of our pickup from the airport, which I paid online in advance. After we arrived at the airport and were waiting for the car, I was told there was an additional $12/person charge that had to be paid in cash. This info should’ve been provided in advance.
