I arrived to find out my reservation was cancelled and I was still charged. My flight arrived late and I was the last one off the plane since I was getting wheel chair assistance. I was not worried about being late since my instructions were to call after I got my bag, which I did. You did call me, but I was not aware of it because I had my phone set to silence unknown callers (my fault). I ended up getting a cab, which worked out very well for me.
