Driver was very friendly and courteous although there was a slight misunderstanding with the pick up , as per the ticket instructions we collected our bags and exited through door 3 then found the pickup point location by T3 outside 👍🏻 NO DRIVE !!! As he was inside the terminal waiting for us 😔 after trying to ring the number on the ticket only to be told by a recording this number was out of service quite a worry after a long flight and in a strange country!!! But panic over eventually found the driver with the help of airport security lady and made our way to our hotel 😊👍🏻 Clear instructions would help in future!!!!

This pickup was the most easiest Inhave ever had to deal with. No looking for anyone. I forgot the driver's name but he communicated with me the whole time until we got to Baggage claim. No issues to worry about
