Driver was very reliable . Was worried about pick up time for my son and the driver was even a bit early. Will use again.

Arrived at Portland Airport to discover our reservation for a sedan to pick us up and bring us to our downtown hotel was cancelled while we were in the air!!! Arrived stranded with all our luggage and thoroughly worn out from the 5+ hr. flight from Boston. One of the most disappointing situations I've run into in all my years of travel. Shame on you
