Not happy at all. Took ages to telephone the company when i arrived, which cost me a fortune on my mobile. Also due to ages in passport control I was charged an huge amount of excess. I assumed that the company would know when we would get out of immigration. Will never do this again. Plenty of taxis available at a fraction of the cost.

When booking it stated black sedan. Was so excited. Before arriving I asked about it the driver would be holding up a sign like you see in the movies....thought it would be really cool for my kids, I was told for $40 more dollars they would comply. ...no thank you.
after we arrived we were instructed to go to gate 4 where we would be picked up. After about 10minutes we were picked up in a black surburban/expedition. Kind of disappointed. the driver was nice however and gave us some history of the city. overall it was ok, nothing a taxi driver couldn't have done and that would have been less expensive.....
