If I were able to leve less than one star, I certainly would! The initial quote we received for the ride was approximztely $34.00, then the agent excused himself to confirm the cost at which point we were told that it was $90!!! Because we wanted to ensure that our daughter arrived safely from the airport to our hotel, we accepted the price. On the day of her arrival, the driver was nowhere to be found. In fact, our "hassle free" pick up turned into a mad scramble to locate the tour operator's phone number. Finally after the driver was contacted and made arrangements to meet our daughter (LATER than he was scheduled to do so), he demanded $24.00 extra before he would permit her to get into the car. Let me note that throughout the entire phone conversation when we booked the ride, Viator NEVER mentioned an additional fee! . When we called Viator to complain about the extra cost Viator contacted the pick up service. Shockingly, neither company felt compelled to refund the $24.
What a TERRIBLE way to do business!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!!!!!!!!!!
