We booked a premium SUV for 7 people and they sent a Toyota small suv that was junk and tried to tell us we had to take 2 cars. Then when I asked for a refund for the 3 people that couldn't even fit with us, they gave us $21 CREDIT on a $200+ booking, not even enough to cover the per-person fee of the 3 they couldn't even pick up. A credit is worthless when I'll never use their service again. Terrible communication and overall experience.

Well considering my ride never showed up and I ended up having to take a taxi I would say it was shut and want my money back

Our driver Benny Humes from Exclusiv Transportation was phenomenal. He was kind enough to show us places to eat give us a rundown of the city and provide whatever services we needed to make our vacation exemplary.
