C'est une expérience unique car elle permet à nos clients de découvrir Miami depuis la mer. La visite de la baie de Miami consiste en :
Croisière le long de la baie de Biscayne en profitant de la vue imprenable sur : la rivière Miami, les manoirs des célébrités, la côte de Miami Beach, les dauphins/oiseaux de mer, Star Island, Fisher Island, le centre-ville de Miami et les bâtiments Brickell. De là, nous pouvons aller au Marine Stadium, jeter l'ancre et nous détendre, ce qui en fait un après-midi épique. Sur le chemin du retour, nous ferons un tour vers la remarquable ligne d'horizon de Miami, en naviguant à travers les impressionnants canaux du quartier financier (zone de Brickell), puis retournerons à notre lieu de départ à basse vitesse avec une bonne musique relaxante accompagnée d'une bonne compagnie.

Didn’t get to actually go on a tour with this company but customer service was horrendous. My husband and I booked the private boat tour for 3:30 pm on 7/2/21 directly through their website boatmiamiboat.com. We took a Lyft to the boat ramp and walked around trying to find the boat operator. I didn’t have a phone number for them, but emailed the contact person named Jacinta. He called me 20 minutes later and said that the boat had mechanical problems and that his employees had been trying to call me to cancel our tour all day. This was a lie; I had my phone on all day and hadn’t gotten any calls (nor emails). He promised to reimburse us for the Lyfts but later decided not to after I told him we didn’t want to rebook the tour for the next day at 7:30 pm as our vacation schedule was packed. I have followed up numerous times, but Jacinta outright just stopped replying. We wasted our money, and more importantly our vacation time, taking 30-40 minute Lyfts from/to our hotel and the boat ramp.

Hi, You did not go on tour with us because we attempted to call you many times hours before the tour to discuss booking details however we did not get any response from you. There is not much we can do if we don’t get a response when attempting to reach out to our customers. We understand this can create some frustration when dealing with things after the fact that’s why we advise all our customers to provide the right information when submitting the booking details so that we can follow up on any changes. Despite of not answering the phone a full refund was processed to you which usually takes 3/4 business days.

Just simple an amazing experience and worth every penny. Our Captain Fernando was the best made my family feel like we owned the boat. Would highly recommend anyone wanting to have a great relaxing vibe in Miami.
