Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve
Our first stop in this circle island journey will be Hanauma Bay Lookout (closed on Tuesdays), an incredible marine sanctuary nestled inside a crater of an extinct volcano! It's also where the majority of one of Elvis Presley's most famous movies "Blue Hawaii" was filmed.

Halona Blowhole
We will then head over to Halona blowhole, a lava tube that blasts out ocean waves that come crashing on shore

Eternity Beach
Halona Cove also known as Eternity Beach where the infamous kissing scene was filmed from the classic 1953 Hollywood movie "From Here to Eternity" starring Burt Lancaster and Deborah Kerr.

Sandy Beach Park
Next up we'll check out Sandy Beach, popular for local body surfers this beautiful beach is full of lava rocks and formations, nestled at the bottom of Koko head crater.

Makapu'u Point
This place will blow your mind! as it sits on top of Makapu'u mountain you will get a birds eye view of Makapu'u Beach, Rabbit island and Black island, and Waimanalo Bay off in the horizon, also a great place for watching hand gliders in action as they swoop down below, hands down one of the best scenic sights in all of Oahu.

Afterwards we will head down to Makapu'u Beach, capture daring body surfers in action as they battle with ferocious waves, a spectacular sight for photos with Makapu'u mountain as the backdrop and Makapu'u Lighthouse perched above it.

Waimanalo Beach
Next stop we will visit Waimanalo bay (except for weekends), this beautiful bay has the longest stretch of sandy shoreline on Oahu, 5.5 miles of stunning white sand beaches and emerald color ocean water with the majestic Ko'olau mountain range as the backdrop surrounded by an iron wood tree forest.

We will then head over to Pali Lookout at the edge of Nu'uanu Valley, one of the most breathtaking scenic places on Oahu, it's also where the epic battle of Nu'uanu took place, the final battle where King Kamehameha the Great and his forces gained the control of Oahu.

This enchanting temple is an excellent stop for photography enthusiasts providing beautiful photos

Enjoy locally grown macadamia's right from a macadamia tree and capture spectacular views of Kualoa mountain

Kualoa Regional Park
Afterwards we will stop by Jurassic Park Lookout where you can gaze at the actual film locations of scenes from Jurassic Park, 50 First Dates, King Kong and so much more. And then we will journey over to Kualoa Regional Park where you can capture amazing photo's of Mokoli'i island, commonly known as Chinaman's Hat, and the awe inspiring Kualoa mountain of the Ko'olau Range that resembles a giant slain lizard as told in ancient Hawaiian folklore.

Kahana Bay Beach Park
After that we will head over to Kahana Bay, a stunning beach surrounded by the majestic Ko'olau Mountains, another excellent spot for taking great photos.

Laie Hawaii Temple
We will then check out the Laie Hawaii Temple, the largest mormon temple in the Pacific right in the heart of Laie town home to one of the largest mormon communities in Hawaii, this scenic temple opens up to a grand entrance with royal palm trees and yellow hibiscus flowers that lead up to it.

Kahuku
We will then cruise over to the small town of Kahuku for lunch, famous for it's North Shore shrimp and home to the food trucks serving a variety of delicious North Shore cuisine including the famous Giovanni's Shrimp Truck.

Kahuku Farms
Afterwards we will head over to Kahuku Land Farms, a local fruit stand where you can savor delicious locally grown exotic fruits and real ice cold coconut water straight from the coconut it self.

Check out the famous Banzai Pipeline and the iconic Sunset Beach, home of the big surf and where most pro surf competitions are held.

Watch daring surfers rip through the famous Banzai Pipeline as giant waves form into a barrel roll during the winter months.

We will then cruise over to Shark's Cove, a crater of an extinct volcano semi submerged in water that's popular for Scuba divers in the summer months, a very unique landscape surrounded by lava formations that make up for stunning photos.

Explore the largest Heiau on the island, this ancient Hawaiian sacred site covers roughly 2 acres on a hilltop overlooking Waimea Valley and Waimea Bay.

Afterwards we will head over to Waimea Valley Park where you can hike through a Hawaiian rainforest surrounded by giant ancient trees with an abundance of native flowers and birds, this is an excellent oppurtunity for those who want to photograph birdlife.

At the end of the valley lies Waimea Falls, a stunning waterfall deep inside the forest where you can take a dip if you like!

Afterwards, we will head over to the historical town of Haleiwa, a small country town full of colorful local boutiques and restaurants that represent the laid back island life style.

Next stop we will head over to the famous Dole Pineapple Plantation where you can sample sweet Hawaiian pineapples, don't forget to try the pineapple whips, Dole's famous pineapple flavored ice cream, and check out the worlds largest outdoor maze!

For our final location before heading back to Waikiki we will head over to Laniakea Beach also known as "Turtle Beach" where Green Sea Turtles like to swim up shore and rest upon the beach for our sunset photo shoot, you can admire these wonderful creatures basking in their natural habitat as the sun slowly sets in the distance a truly magical way to end this phenomenal photo tour.

This tour was by far one of the best things we did while in Oahu. John was amazing, fun and very accommodating, he also shared incredible stories and history which made the tour amazing, we were trully amazed, and the pictures are just perfect. We had such a great time.

We loved this tour! Got to see so much and learn so much about Oahu. John was a great tour guide. He also let us customize a few things so our kids would have fun too! We have a 15, 13, and 7 year old…they all had a great time.
