SCAM! Our girl scouts saved for 2 years for a trip to New York. We paid over 570 dollars for a 16 passenger bus to take us from New York to New Jersey. We had an arrival time in NJ with thousands of dollars in non-refundable tickets. The driver showed up and began loading our luggage. As we filed into the van we realized that 2 girls didn't have seats. The driver said he asked his company for help but that they did not send any. I called the New York dispatch (Express Limo) to complain about the illegal and unsafe conditions of the ride. They tried to lie up and down about the reasons that the vehicle only had 14 seats. They tried to offer me a "100" dollar refund and when I said that wasn't acceptable they told me they would dump myself and 15 Girl Scouts on the side of a busy highway in New York. The actually company Transfeero had my ticket on hold until recently and because I was fighting for more than 100 dollar refund for not getting what I paid for, being threatened and providing me with illegal transportation...my ticket was closed with zero refund. When I call the company I am on hold and disconnected without being able to talk to anyone. E-mails to the supervisors have not been answered in months. DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM --they will take your money and not provide you with what you paid for. It is now fully two months latter with zero refund and my ticket is closed. Zero replies from supervisors...the driver of the bus was too humiliated by the way Express Limo treated us to even take a tip.

Excellent service, very good service from the driver and the company in general. Very patient and good communication with them after travel delays. Very grateful!
