We met Cameron at The Enchantment in Sedona and immediately learned more about geology, the history of the West, and why the McDonald's sign is teal in Sedona! We loved Cameron's enthusiasm, and he was incredibly knowledgable about the history of the area (he grew up in Sedona). He engaged all three generations (my parents, my son, and I) throughout the full day trip. On the way, he points out everything from a hidden waterfall to where a scene from National Lampoon's Vacation was filmed to wild horses running through the landscape. He was very gracious about leaving us to enjoy a lunch overlooking the Grand Canyon (apparently we lucked out with amazing seats!), however, we would have been more than content to have him join us! We highly recommend Arizona Private Tours.

Thank you for your kind words! I had a wonderful day with your family. It was nice to be able to talk about art in relation to our tour. I’m grateful that we were able to connect. Hopefully next time that you come out we will be able to visit James Turrell’s Art installation in Roden Crater. I’ll join you for lunch when I see you again. I remember that day because it was when I had my meeting with the Grand Canyon Conservation. :) It was a special mile stone for me! Give me a call next time you are in town! I look forward to seeing you again!

Our family of four loved our day tour to the Grand Canyon. We used every moment of our day either learning about history, geology, Native American history and even stories of what it's like to grow up in an area so filled with art, culture and tourism while we traveled in between stunning views. I was so grateful we invested in private tour. From Sedona, it's a fairly long drive and it would have been exhausting to make the drive to/from, not to mention trying to navigate to points of interest once inside the park. What really differentiated our tour was our guide, Cameron. The trip was completely custom, totally comfortable and we were able to avoid many of the crowds because Cameron knew every nook and cranny of the park. My two teenage kids enjoyed Cameron as much as they loved seeing the beauty of the Grand Canyon. He's a super cool guy with interests and stories as fascinating as the Canyon itself.

Thank you for your generous review! This might as well be the best compliment I have received yet! I had a great time with you guys! Your kids are awesome! Hopefully I made an impact to where they’ll want to come back and spend some time with this magical place. I like to think that I made the introduction to the Grand Canyon for you all! That was a beautiful day that we shared and I am grateful that you chose me to be your guide. Sincerely, Cameron

Our guides depth of knowledge of this area, it’s people and it’s geology seems unmatchable. He was passionate and funny in relating its history. We chose Arizona Private Tours to explore the Grand Canyon and visit Native American sites. We could have not made a better choice! - Every time I watched someone else crawl out the back of a pink jeep or a big bus I was grateful to be in a comfortable Lincoln Navigator. We never had to wait for large groups to gather or struggle to get the best view. - When we stoped for lunch I was particularly drawn to a Navajo rug on the wall. When I inquired about it Cam was able to tell me who had weaved it, explained all the different symbols and how they interacted in this particular rug. - It was a truly impressive day. One we won’t forget. My wife and I had such a great time we will take other trips in the future with this company.

I’m lucky to be a guide that can work in such a diverse environment. There’s so much to talk about and so much to see and do you really need a month here! I remember that moment when we were watching the pink Jeep unload it at Moran point. I think I was using my seat heater that day and grateful for the vehicle that we have. That was a beautiful day! Thank you for your kind words. Maybe next time we’ll go to Monument Valley! Thanks again for thinking of me. Sincerely, Cameron
