The summit of Haleakalā is 10,023 feet above sea level. The drive up to the crater will take you through a variety of landscapes and microclimates with expansive scenes and a birdʻs eye view.

The National Park begins at the 7,000 foot elevation and encompasses the entire mountaintop. There are just a few companies that have earned permits to enter and explore the area. We are one of them!

We loved our private tour with Joe. He went out of his way to make our tour enjoyable. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He picked us up on time, explained what our day would look like and is an excellent driver. I highly recommend this tour and if you can request Joe, you won’t be disappointed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don't write reviews unless the tour was really GREAT or really BAD. This tour was awesome in every way. Yvonne was the perfect guide--she is a very sweet and caring person who loves her homeland and the Hawaiian culture. She made my wife the cutest bracelet from Job's tears beads, a gift which she loves. Yvonne picked the beads from her trips to Hana. The views from the summit of Haleakala were simply breathtaking, and Yvonne knows where to go to get away from the crowds. Highly recommend this tour.
