Justin was a great companion and story teller on our adventure. He was also funny and a great “driver”. Loved the experience of seeing city in this way. Also …surprisingly comfortable seats. My rear end and back were completely stable and pleased. Wear layers though! It gets cool in the evenings.

We went to the meeting point and waited an hour. No one showed up. We asked around and everyone said they are only there at night. Called a dozen times only got voicemail. We wasted hours of our vacation. Saw police officers and they offered to help call the number they had. No answer for them either. Very disappointing and our card was charged $100 for a service we didn’t receive.

I purchased this tour on Friday for 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 10th for two adults. The tour operator never showed up. I tried numerous times getting in touch with someone via the phone number and via the texting option within the app. I have still yet to hear from anyone. Someone needs to contact me soon to get a refund. I definitely do not recommend this company
