We learned very much on this tour. It was fascinating to SEE where history happened. It made what I had learned in school years ago so much more personal. Our tour guide Rene took the time to give us extra information and tips about what else to look for that was not in the official tour at the two sites.

Both plantations were very interesting. Houmas House and its gardens are gorgeous. The lunch was wonderful. Giselle was a wonderful guide and I loved her French accent. It was such a fun day.

Our tour with Stephen was excellent. He really knows not only the places we visited but NOLA overall. Myself, my 22 daughter and 9 year old granddaughter all enjoyed our private tour.
