  • International arrivals: Your driver allows a waiting time of up to one hour; after that, you will be charged a convenience fee. Major credit cards are accepted and receipts are provided upon request
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier
  • Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per minivan

There was some confusion about the pick up time but the transfer folks had texted me a phone number to call if needed. They thought transfer was 1:00 pm but it was really 7:00 am. I called and they had a car and driver there 7 minutes later. Great response.

On time, professional, and comfortable transfer between the airports. Being older and having several heavy bags, the help, room, and comfort were greatly appreciated. Yes, more than a taxi or Uber, but after a long flight and clearing customs, it was nice to have this scheduled and certain.

Awful, I rebooked an airport transfer to go from JFK to Newark and no car came, Viator doesn’t have direct access to the car service! They were calling and being on hold… they sent an email to Carmel car service to find the car but never tracked it down! It was over half an hour wait with no clear time or direction as to when or if the car would be coming. I had to cancel the ride as I needed to catch another flight. Horrible, gave me anxiety and no real assurances and they should have cancelled the car and find alternatives… but no! Will delete the app and not use this service again, useless waste of time and money.
