I was crushed by this service. The service was paid for in full days before the trip. We found out that the service was cancelled by the coordinator while we were standing on the curb waiting for our car! Had to readjust and get a taxi! What a way to begin our vacation. NEVER again!!! I better get my money back!!!!

Having a dedicated driver was nice, but I was not pleased with the vehicles. I had three adults and we were in a tight fit in both rides. My first driver pulled up in a Nissan Rouge and the second a jeep. The advertisement makes it seem like it will be in a Tahoe or something spacious. Now I know that lay of the Subway system in NYC, I will be using that next time I visit.
