Excellent service. The driver was actually early picking me up and was very friendly. I would recommend this service for anyone needing a shuttle.

Our flight info changed so many times, and Burton Transit was right on top of it. Nelson met us at MSY airport, helped us with our luggage to a beautiful, luxurious van, and gave us a mini-tour on our way to our hotel. On the way back to the airport, our flight plans changed again, and true to form Burton Transit moved heaven and earth to accommodate us at the horrible hour of 4:45 in the morning. All this for less than an informal cab ride would have charged. They are the best -- I would give 10 stars if I could.

On time pickup at 3:30 am for 6am flight. Great service. Highly recommend. Confirmation received day before.
