We had to make changes to our return flight and Burton Transit was very accommodating to our flight changes

Booked online for my arrival in NOLA and was expecting an airport shuttle bus however was very pleasantly surprised when waiting for my party of a 3 was a lovely SUV. No other clients...just for us. Fabulous! The vehicle was clean and classy with a quick trip to the hotel in The Arts District. Used Burton again for return to the airport 5 days later. Our flight back to NJ was as 6am so the pickup was at 3:30 and the owner himself arrived right on time. Company is owned by a young courteous gentleman named Nelson Burton Jr. In speaking with him we learned it was his Dad who had picked us up from the airport. Dad was as pleasantly and friendly as his son. Small company with 4 vehicles currently but with this type of service I expect quick growth! Competitively priced as well. HIGHLY Recommended.....

From start to finish this company is top notch. I had to make several changes before travelling and the company was accommodating and made me feel secure and confident. The representative assured me that I had nothing to worry about. She was right! Upon arrival, the driver was already waiting for us and he already called me several times to ensure that we had arrived and knew where to go. On the way to the hotel he kept us entertained by giving us anecdotal information about New Orleans. The vehicle was nice, comfortable and clean. All in all I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for my future return trips to New Orleans....Thank you!
