It was nice to know there was a car to take us to our hotel. However, being the first time to the MSY ( Louis Armstrong) airport was confusing on where to pick us the car. The driver was very pleasant and gave us highlights as we went to our hotel. Price was okay for the area. We did use someone else for the return just to have more option for our next visit.

We got to New Orleans on a Thursday. The transportation to our hotel was on time, clean and most of all air conditioned. Our driver was friendly and gave is some great recommendations. Would use them any time.

Failed to provide a child seat which had been explicitly requested at booking. The driver was apologetic and promised there would be a child seat for the return transfer. On return journey a child seat was indeed available, but uninstalled, and driver had no idea how to fit it and clearly did not want to take any responsibility for its installation. Had this transfer been arranged for adults only it would have warranted a 5* rating ; beautiful vehicle, and reliable service and we were kept up-to-date with messages about pick up times and procedures. However the abject disregard for the safety and welfare of our young passenger was totally unacceptable. Therefore I can only rate this transfer the minimum 1* and must warn customers to avoid this company if travelling with small children.
