The service and ride withthe teo Burton drivers was amazing. The vehicles were beautiful and the drivers were knowledgeable about NO and were professional.

Both drivers were absolutely fantastic. Our first driver was fantastic and kind didn’t mind waiting for us at the airport and even stopped along the way for us to go to the store prior to our destination. My only frustration was the app did not show any of our return information and no one would call us back or reply to messages when I was trying to get a confirmation for a return pick up on a round-trip.

Absolutely horrific. They cancelled our transfer when we were already in the air on our flight there. Transfer company would not respond to calls from me or Viator to explain why they cancelled in such a short time frame. Viator offered to book alternative transport at double the cost. Viator promised return calls from a supervisor multiple times and it has now been more than 24 hours and I have yet to hear back from Viator. We were traveling with a big family group including an infant and toddler in car seats. We ended up having to take multiple ubers which I was extra unhappy about given the car seat situation. I would strongly suggest not booking with this transfer company and also not using Viator. Absolute worst experience I have had and we travel a lot. I will never use Viator again.
