I can't think of a better way to spend a sunny NYC afternoon than cruising around the Manhattan's breezy harbor. Ian is an excellent sailor and will keep you safe and entertained for the entire ride. Highly recommend this trip for both visitors and locals!

Captain Ian is a incredibly talented and professional captain. I booked Brooklyn sail for a few of my friends, and it is hands down one of the best "tourist" experiences we've had in New York. Ian gets it right--as he makes you feel like family and allows for a seamless and most importantly--fun sail! You are allowed to bring drinks and food and whatever questions you have, Ian surely has an answer. I highly recommend this for big groups who want to learn and experience New York through its historical waters.

Whether you're visiting NYC or you've lived here for over 10 years (like me), there's no better way to experience New York's iconic skyline than cruising with Brooklyn Sail! We were treated to three glorious hours sailing around New York harbor under the Brooklyn Bridge, past the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, and I can't think of a better way to take in the sights of the city. The ride was smooth and our Captain, Ian, was friendly and knowledgeable-- he even let our friend steer the boat (with his expert guidance of course!). I cannot recommend Brooklyn Sail enough to anyone wanting to spend an afternoon on the water in New York City-- whether you're a tourist or lifelong New Yorker, you're guaranteed to have a wonderful time!! We will DEFINITELY be cruising with Brooklyn Sail again soon!! :)
