My wife and I were on an Alaskan cruise and one of the ports of call was Ketchikan where we had booked a day of fishing with Alaska King Charter and Captain William Baghoomian. We choose them because it is a family run business and we were not disappointed! Once we got off the ship we were greeted by William's son (sorry cannot remember his name) on the pier and after a short walk we in the fishing boat heading out. We left on time and we were on the water for the amount of time we chartered the boat for. The weather was perfect. The water was like glass. Once we reached our fishing spot, we were greeted by a whale that breached a couple of times and even jumped for us. What a awesome site! We also liked the idea that his fishing spot was not populated by many boats. In fact there were only two other boats in the general area. It didn't take long and we were catching salmon. There were five of us in the boat and we put 32 salmon in the live well. We also missed a few. The boat was very clean, the equipment was in great working condition, and the Captain and his son were very enjoyable to fish with. We would definitely recommend fishing with Alaska King Charter and Captain William Baghoomian.
